PB&J SMOOTHIE

This is my go-to breakfast or dessert smoothie.  I LOVE this smoothie so much I've had to restrain myself from making it everyday (yeah its THAT good!)

Ingredients:

  1. One c strawberries

  2. One c wild blueberries

  3. One ripe banana (or one cup frozen cauliflower)
    1. if using cauliflower - add in one TSP maple syrup or honey for sweetness
  4. Two scoops Collagen Peptides (my fav here)
  5. Two TSP chia seeds
  6. Three TSP nut butter (homemade or my fav here)

How to:

  1. Blend all ingredients into blender (my fav here)
  2. VOILA!
