PB & J SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
One c strawberries
One c wild blueberries
- One ripe banana (or one cup frozen cauliflower)
- if using cauliflower - add in one TSP maple syrup or honey for sweetness
- Two scoops Collagen Peptides (my fav here)
- Two TSP chia seeds
- Three TSP nut butter (homemade or my fav here)
How to:
- Blend all ingredients into blender (my fav here)
- VOILA!
